Ver. 1.01Think you know1 Freedom School presents…

Ver. 1.01Think you know2 Think you know? What do you know? How do you know it? What are your competent fact witnesses?

Ver. 1.01Think you know3 What do you know? Could it be that you know very little – if anything at all?

Ver. 1.01Think you know4 Do you know that… …perhaps: People you know and trust may be passing on something other than truth… …perhaps: they don’t know better… they are out to deceive you …

Ver. 1.01Think you know9 Freedom is not free… All men are created equal it is a continuous battle, first between the ears (as knowledge is power), not only to know and defend freedom, but to understand the acts, the schemes, and the fraud perpetuated against you by the very people you have [allegedly] voted into office! Can you say, “All men are created equal”? Strange isn’t it that you get the government that you deserve.

Ver. 1.01Think you know10 Remember… "Language creates spooks that get into our heads and hypnotize us." -- Robert Anton Wilson, Introduction to The Tree of Lies by Christopher S. Hyatt. Ph.D. "It is hard to fight an enemy who has outposts in your head.“ - Sally Kempton

Ver. 1.01Think you know11 remember also… The person who is delivering this message to you may not know what he or she is talking about. Your instructor is not an BAR Attorney. If you are in need of legal advice you are advised to seek the services of a State Bar member Attorney.

Ver. 1.01Think you know12 Remember also… You and you alone are responsible for whatever it is that you do and the law presumes that you do, in fact, know. As you are ‘of age’ - you are presumed to be sui juris - Latin, literally means “of one’s own right.” One who has all the rights to which a freeman is entitled; one who is not under the power of another, as a slave, a minor, and the like. In civil law the phrase sui juris indicates legal competence, the capacity to manage one’s own affairs (Black's Law Dictionary; Oxford English Dictionary.)

Ver. 1.01Think you know13 FREEMAN FREEMAN. One who is in the enjoyment of the right to do whatever he pleases, not forbidden by law. One in the possession of the civil rights enjoyed by, the people generally. 1 Bouv. Inst. n. 164. See 6 Watts, 556: - Bouvier Gee, is it “freeman” or “free” “man”?

Ver. 1.01Think you know14 Freeman – or - free man? 'Freeman' means a man of slave status granted freedoms (no conversion of status from slave to free) in exchange for an oath of obedience to the rules of the slave owner, which includes the payment of tribute (taxes). So, the term 'citizen' or 'subject' means the same as a 'freeman'.

Ver. 1.01Think you know15 FREE MAN – also… One who is not “ legally encumbered.” 'Free man' (2 words) means a 'free will man' our natural status as Children of God.

Ver. 1.01Think you know16 Legally Encumbered… Amendment XIII to the federal constitution… Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction. Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Ver. 1.01Think you know17 Legally Encumbered… Neither slavery nor “ Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude involuntary servitude ” …leaves the door wide open for voluntary servitude – yes? You can bet your ‘bippy’ it does !

Ver. 1.01Think you know18 Welcome to the World of Commerce All Law is contract. and Contract is law.

Ver. 1.01Think you know19 Aspects… Consider these words, stateState “state” - “State” STATE “STATE” stateState “the state” / “The State” STATE “THE STATE”

Ver. 1.01Think you know20 state… the condition that something or somebody is in at a particular time. a growth or developmental stage of an animal or plant Politics: an area forming part of a federal country such as the United States or Australia with its own government and legislature and control over most of its own internal affairs …more

Ver. 1.01Think you know21 state… Which state? What state? Whose state? …the State of Texas …the state of Texas The State of Texas THE STATE OF TEXAS

Ver. 1.01Think you know22 There are three states of Texas: 1. "the state of Texas" is the land within the outer borders of the territory known as Texas on the land mass known as the North American continent. 2. "the State of Texas“ is the de jure incorporated government of the people who live on the land of "the state of Texas." and 3. "this state" & "THE STATE OF TEXAS." [deceptively similar] is the national socialist communitarian welfare benefit trust operating as a private unregistered trust by commercial [foreign] agents of the British Crown known as Esquires. See, the Get to Know the State of Texas article.

Ver. 1.01Think you know23 1876 Texas Constitution - Article 5, Section 12 All judges of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals and District Courts shall, by virtue of their offices, be conservators of the peace throughout the State. The style of all writs and process shall be " The State of Texas." All prosecutions shall be carried on in the name and by the authority of " The State of Texas," and conclude "against the peace and dignity of the State."

Ver. 1.01Think you know24 1876 Texas Constitution Article 11, Section 1 The several counties of this State are hereby recognized as legal subdivisions of the State. (Emphasis added.) Section 1 makes the several counties of "this state" an acknowledged legal subdivision of "the state", the fact that how voluntary membership is obtained or adhesion into the "this state" communitarian trust is not fully disclosed to the people.

Ver. 1.01Think you know25 Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 3.02. [49] [60] [61] Criminal action A criminal action is prosecuted in the name of the State of Texas against the accused, and is conducted by some person acting under the authority of the State, in accordance with its laws Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, Ch. 722.

Ver. 1.01Think you know26 Code of Criminal Procedure The State of Texas Art. 15.02. REQUISITES OF WARRANT. It issues in the name of The State of Texas, and shall be sufficient, without regard to form, it have these substantial requisites: 1. It must specify the name of the person whose arrest is ordered, if it be known, if unknown, then some reasonably definite description must be given of him. the State 2. It must state that the person is accused of some offense against the laws of the State, naming the offense. 3. It must be signed by the magistrate, and his office be named in the body of the warrant, or in connection with his signature. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.

Ver. 1.01Think you know27 Notice… Appears there is no authority for the capital letter spelled name showing as “ THE STATE OF TEXAS.”

Ver. 1.01Think you know28 Idem sonans – sounding the same or alike. Having the same sound. The term applied to names which are substantially the same, though slightly varied in the spelling, as Lawrence and Lawrance. Interestingly the term “strawman” as found in Black’s Law Dictionary, Fourth Edition, page 880, is identified as Idem sonans.

Ver. 1.01Think you know29 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: The use of Federal Reserve Notes to discharge my debts? I have used these only because in America, at this time,, there is no other widely recognized currency.

Ver. 1.01Think you know30 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: The use of a bank account, with my signature on the bank signature card? If there is any hidden contract behind the bank signature card, my signature thereon gives no validity to it. The signature is only for verification of identity. I can be obligated to fulfill no hidden or unrevealed contract whatsoever, due to the absence of full disclosure and voluntary consent. UCC 1-308

Ver. 1.01Think you know31 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: My use of a bank account is due to the absence of a bank not associated with the Federal Reserve System. In general, people have been prevented from issuing their own currencies, and I believe such prevention is in violation of the United States Constitution, however, were there an alternative, I would be happy to use it. To not use any bank at all is impossible or very difficult in today's marketplace.

Ver. 1.01Think you know32 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: My use of a Social Security number? The number, normally assigned to persons of subject status, I use exceptionally, under duress and coercion, only because of the extreme inconvenience of operating without one in today's marketplace, where it is requested by banks, employers, lenders, and many other government agencies and businesses. My reason for using it is not because I wish to participate in the Social Security system, as I don't wish to participate. Let it be known that I use the Social Security number assigned to my account for informational purposes only.

Ver. 1.01Think you know33 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: My use of a “driver's license”? There appears no legal requirement for me to have such a license for traveling in my car. Technically, the unrevealed legal purpose of driver's licenses is commercial in nature. Since I don't carry passengers for hire, there is no law requiring me to have a license to travel for my own pleasure and that of my family and friends. However, because of the lack of education of police officers on this matter, should I be stopped for any reason and found to be without a license, it is likely I would be ticketed and fined or obligated to appear in court. Therefore, under duress and coercion, I carry a license to avoid extreme inconvenience.

Ver. 1.01Think you know34 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: State plates on my private car? Technically, my car does not fit the legal definition of a "motor vehicle" used for commercial purposes, nevertheless, I have registered it with the State and carry the State’s plates on it, because to have any other plates or no plates at all, causes me to run the risk of police harassment and extreme inconvenience.

Ver. 1.01Think you know35 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: Birth Certificate? The fact that a birth certificate was issued by a local hospital or government agency when I entered this world is irrelevant to [my] Sovereignty. No status, high or low, can be assigned to another person through a piece of paper, without the recipient's full knowledge and consent. Therefore, such a piece of paper provides information only. It indicates nothing about jurisdiction, nothing about property ownership, nothing about rights, and nothing about subject status. The only documents that can have any legal meaning, as it concerns my status in society, are those that I have signed as an adult, with full knowledge and consent, free from misrepresentation, duress or coercion of any kind.

Ver. 1.01Think you know36 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: Marriage license? The acquisition of a marriage license is now being revealed as being necessary only for slaves. The act of obtaining such a license, through social custom and ignorance of law, has no legal effect in changing my status. This is because any such change in status, if any as may be supposed to occur, could happen only through a hidden and unrevealed contract or statute. Since no hidden, unrevealed and undisclosed information, if it exists, can be lawfully held to be binding; it is therefore null and void.

Ver. 1.01Think you know37 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: Children in public school? The compelled attendance of my children in government-supported "public" schools or government-controlled "private" schools does not create any legal tax obligation for me, or any other legal obligation, because I never signed a fully disclosed contract agreeing to such obligation for the supposed "privilege" of public schooling.

Ver. 1.01Think you know38 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: If I or any of my children have attended government supported "public" or controlled "private" schools, such was done under duress and not out of free will. Be it known that I regard "compulsory state education" as a violation of the Thirteenth Amendment.

Ver. 1.01Think you know39 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: Tax returns filed? Any so-called tax returns I may have filed in the past were filed due to the dishonest atmosphere of fear and intimidation created by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the local assessors' offices; not because there is any law requiring me to do so. Once I discovered that the IRS and other tax agencies have been misinforming the public, I have felt it is my responsible duty to society to terminate my voluntary participation. Because such returns were filed under Threat, Duress, and Coercion (TDC), and no two-way contract was ever signed with full disclosure, there is nothing in any past filing of returns or payments that created any valid contract. Therefore, no legal obligation on my part was ever created.

Ver. 1.01Think you know40 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: Declaration of Citizenship? Any document I may have ever signed, in which I answered "yes" to the question, "Are you a U.S. citizen?" - cannot be used to compromise my status, nor obligate me to perform in any manner. This is because without full written disclosure of the definition and consequences of such supposed "citizenship" provided in a document bearing my signature given freely without misrepresentation or coercion, there can be no legally binding contract.

Ver. 1.01Think you know41 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: Voter registration? Since no obligation to perform in any manner was ever revealed in print, as part of the requirements for the supposed "privilege" to vote, any such registration on my part cannot be legal evidence of any obligation to perform. Likewise, I have granted NO jurisdiction over me, to any political office. It is my inherent right to vote on elections or issues that I feel affect all of society; NOT because I need anyone to rule over me. On the contrary - I have used the voting process only to instruct my public servants what I would like done.

Ver. 1.01Think you know42 U.S. Supreme Court decision of Brady v. U.S., 379 U.S. 742 at 748 (1970): "Waivers of Constitutional Rights not only must be voluntary, they must be knowingly intelligent acts, done with sufficient awareness of the relevant circumstances and consequences." Typical examples of such compelled and pretended "benefits" are: Use of the 2-letter state code and zip code? My use of the 2-letter state code and zip code in my "address" - secretly codified to indicate United States "federal zone" jurisdiction - has no effect on my status. Simply by receiving or sending "mail" through a quasi-federal messenger service, the postal service, at a location indicated with a 2- letter state code and zip code, cannot place me under federal jurisdiction or obligation. Such a presumption would be ludicrous.
