Information about the causes and effects of the obesity
Obesity is a condition in which the natural energy reserve, stored in the fatty tissue of humans and other mammals, exceeds healthy limits. It is commonly defined as a body mass index (weight divided by height squared) of 30 kg/m2 or higher. (Encarta 2008)
Genetics: Genes play a part in how your body balances calories and energy. Children whose parents are obese also tend to be overweight. Physical Inactivity :Overweight people are usually less physically active than normal weight people. Seriously overweight people may have difficulty moving.
