7How do we do this? Select And Train Greeters Look for pleasant people. Look for people who enjoy conversation and interaction.Look for people who are observant .Look for people who are faithful.

14Emerging For Ministry“Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16, NIV).
15The Promise and the Plan Jesus has promised to build His Church. We are commissioned to participate with Him. The Holy Spirit places ministry gifts in every church. Pray that God will guide you as you plan how to “Emerge For Ministry.”
16How do we do this? Organize Group Projects Identify needs in your church.Identify needs in your community.Connect with community agencies .Connect with national and international projects.
17Facilitate a lifestyle of ministry. Broaden the meaning of “call” and “ministry.”Help students to discover their “gifting.”Challenge students to connect beliefs to behavior.
18Encourage one another to participate in works of service. Highlight ministry involvement.Continually keep ministry opportunities before your students.Make ministry involvement an expectation of your class.
