Principio: Conjugate the verb “estar”---- Look around the room and answer these questions: 1. ¿dónde está el sacapuntas? 2.¿dónde están los lapices? 3.¿dónde estás? 4. What do these mean in English? Debajo de, detrás de, derecha de, izquierda de, encima de, enfrente de
Quiz. 15 points 5 estar 5 prepositions 5 vocabulario When finished with your quiz, Please quietly place them on the front stool. You may pick up a test review sheet, it is not graded, but it is for your own benefit.
Rules for Jeopardy: Game administrators: I will draw names to see who gets to play the role of timer and scorekeeper. THESE STUDENTS STILL MUST PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME Host ( me), timer, and scorekeeper Form your desks in a circle/pod You may initiate ONE spokesperson.
What the spokesperson is responsible for: Stating which question their team would like to answer Stating/writing the answer to the question Passing the ball to the next speaker The only person allowed to speak is the person with the ball
You may discuss the question with your team, and the spokesperson gives the answer. The answer must be given in 45 seconds. ( timed by the timer) The next team in line has the opportunity to steal the question from the last group. It may be stolen until the correct answer is given.
