2.  The ARK WORLD WINE Company invites you to participate in the world wine festival/fair 2010 in GEORGIA;  winery, wine experts, sommeliers, consultants, writers, photographers, wine corks producers, wine barrels producers, wine labels producers, design studios, wine glasses producers; wine cullers producers, wine tours companies, wine lovers, art lovers, jazz lovers.

3. The company “Ark World Wine” intends to organize the World Wine Festival. The wine maker companies as from Georgia, so as from various foreign countries would be invited to this Festival. Within scopes of the Festival it is planned to organize the business-forum, in which wine importer-exporter companies, wine experts, sommeliers will participate, also wine testing will take place. During these Festival representatives of various foreign countries will become familiar with Georgian wine producing history that will promote cultural dialogue, the world leading wine producing company products will be presented and adapted on the Georgian market. At the conclusive part of the Festival the wine tour to Kakheti region, the exhibition on the topic “Wine and Art” will be held. Besides, live music concerts are planned.  Based on the goals of our Company regarding the Festival we consider to organize the Festival from September 16 to 20, 2010. Its main directions are:  Introduction and popularization of the World and Georgian wine companies, development of their future cooperation strategy;  Implementation of the Georgian and foreign joint projects;  Promotion of the Trans-Caucasian market for foreign wine producers;  Permanent exhibition and degustation center in Tbilisi for foreign and Georgian wines;  Popularization of world wine tourism;  Support to the development of investments environment in the sphere of wine and tourism;  Establishment and development of new markets strategy.

4.  Register to visit for participants  Last of registration on August 25  World Festival of Wine Fair is in Tsinandali, Georgia  Age limit of visitors - visitors less than 19 years are not allowed, including children and infants.  For wine experts and sommeliers - Administration invites you to participate in the process of testing and tasting wines. Also, within the workshop to conduct a master class. The number of participants can be from 20 to 60 people. The workshop can be ordered as in the building, also in the park museum.  Price for 1 hour rent training rooms - $ 500. Price depends on the participation of the wizard. For expert and sommelier operates 50% discount on hotel accommodation. Food, transportation, wine tours for free.  For international trade organizations and companies - to the festival is invited potential participants and guests from more than 85 countries. You will be able to meet directly with manufacturers of Georgian wine, technology and tradition of Georgian wine, tasting extensive range of Georgian wine brands.  For importers and brokers, - Georgia is the birthplace of winemaking tradition of more than 7000 years of tradition and culture of winemaking in Georgia. Every year the quality of Georgian wine is getting higher, which has repeatedly noted the advanced international experts wine. The festival program also takes into account the business forum which will discuss topics on the progress and problems of the introduction of wine, the price policy of the new market.

5.  Participants must pre-sent promotional materials with a high placement for print in the magazine and on banners.  The article and advertising in the Journal  Within the festival will be printed a special magazine about the participants and events of the festival, which will be available for reading on Sept. 20, 2010. The magazine will be free.  Minimum circulation of the magazine - 5000 pieces. The magazine will be in Georgian - English language.  The magazine gives an opportunity to place promotional materials.  The magazine will be periodically replicated for worldwide distribution purposes.  Within the festival will also be available for sale exhibition the Georgian national and modern accessory, gifts and avant-garde invention.  There will be also shown cooking Churchkhela (grape juice, with nuts)

6.  For winery and exporters - Georgia is the center of the Caucasus and it is due to the geopolitical location of Georgia it was always opened the market for the Caucasian countries for foreign manufacturers of different types of products. The festival program also takes into account the business forum which will discuss topics on the progress and problems of the introduction of wine, the price policy of the new market. At this stage, wine market in Transcaucasia countries for foreign brands is free.  For the artist, gallery owners - World Wine Festival in Tsinandali will be held on the highest international standards, together with the Georgian traditions and culture, exclusive creative works of famous masters of Georgia, which is specifically designed to work for festival.
