35 Maintain Names and Addresses A list of Consignee and Shipper information will appear Click on Add S/C to add to database * Note: If you have a spreadsheet with all your information email to to upload the information.

36 Maintain Names and Addresses Add information Selecting both will list them as a Consignee and Shipper * Note: You can also add the consignee and shipper information when you add a shipment by selecting the appropriate box.

37 POD Report Click on POD Report

38 POD Report Type the date range or click on the calendar and select the appropriate date

39 POD Report Click Export to CSV file to send data to an Excel spreadsheet

40 POD Report Click on select to view more detailed information

41 Report Manager Click on Report Manager

42 Report Manager Select the date range and information you want to appear on report

43 Report Manager Hold the Ctrl button down to select individual fields for the report Click Submit

44 Adding a Shipment Click on Shipment Entry and Tracking

47 Adding a Shipment Bill To information will display by default based on your log in information *Note: If you need multiple Bill To locations, please contact the Allstates WorldCargo IT department at

48 Adding a Shipment Select Consignee information If not in database, type information and select Add Consignee This will save the Consignee information

49 Email Shipment Notifications Click on Email Notifications if you want to email to the Consignee *Note: Click on Email Notification before submitting the shipment information.

50 Adding a Shipment Once all the information is completed, click Submit Shipment

51 Printing Housebills Click on Print Housebill to print the Bill of Lading

55 Adding a Return Shipment If shipment is being returned, select Create Return Shipment This will reverse the shipment and create return documents

57 Updating a Shipment Click on Shipment Tracking Select the shipment that needs to be updated

58 Updating a Shipment Update shipment screen will appear Information can be changed *Note: The shipment must still be in a WEB status to update. Contact your local Allstates WorldCargo office if not in WEB status.

59 Deleting a Shipment Click on delete beside the shipment *Note: The shipment must still be in a WEB status to delete. Contact your local Allstates WorldCargo office if not in WEB status.
