2 Our Company Founded in 2003, Opt-Intelligence operates a leading Opt-In Ad Solution built on our patent-pending Clear-Request™ technology platform. Our solution enables publishers to monetize their user base with many opt-in ad implementations including, co-registration, post- registration and full-page banners. Opt-Intelligence recently introduced a revolutionary self-service system called LeadServe™, which gives SMBs, around the world, the comprehensive tools to harness the true power of opt-in advertising.

4 Customization Customization for each unique ‘placement’ includes: Selecting which Non-PII* data you will pass (if any) Selecting which PII** data you will pass (if any) Selecting which offers can be served Selecting the offer format & presentation Defining the behavior after an opt-in is submitted by a user Defining he behavior when there are no offers to serve Defining all aspects of the submit button and who “hosts” it * Non-PII – Non Personally Identifiable Information, like gender, age, zip code, etc. ** PII – Personally Identifiable Information, like address, postal address, phone number, etc.

5 PII Data Protection Each user’s PII data is “hidden” from the Clear-Request™ system during the offer targeting & serving process. The benefits are: You only allow a users PII data to be seen if they opt-in to an offer and therefore only after they have given consent. The user does not have to re-enter their PII data if they choose to opt-in to an offer. You can still pass non-PII demographic and geographic data in an unprotected fashion for the purpose of targeting.

6 Integration - Javascript There are two versions of the ad serving javascript: 1.Basic Requires programming to pass user data for targeting. Requires integration of a single section of javascript directly into the HTML, exactly where the offers should be served. 2.Cookie Requires no programming to pass user data for targeting. Requires integration of a first section of javascript directly into the HTML where user data is collected. Requires integration of a second section of javascript directly into the HTML, exactly where the offers will be served.

7 Integration - Placements Both versions of the Clear-Request™ javascript allow for integration into most areas of your website. Examples: On or after the registration page On the “Thank You” page On or after the Log-In page On or after the “Edit Profile” page On an interstitial page In an IAB banner position

10 Code Example - Cookie Section 1 - ‘Data Collection’ JavaScript Place this first piece of JavaScript inside of the registration form html in the path where you will collect the user’s data and want to display offers. There is no minimum amount of data that you need to collect. The ID that goes where the “xxxPageIDxxx” is will be given to you as soon as you are ready to start testing. Section 2 - ‘Offer Display’ JavaScript Place this second piece of JavaScript on the webpage, in your registration path, where you want to display the offers. Make sure to place it before the submit button designed to submit the opt-ins:
