2 GRADES3-8 CONTENT AREASEnglish Language Arts & Mathematics Students participating in the Dynamic Learning Maps testing will not participate in the Smarter Test.

7  Practice Test  Practice Test will launch in January 2015  This test will provide students and educators the opportunity to practice taking the test, including the universal tools, designated supports and accommodations.

10  System Readiness Trainings (Nov I week)  Wisconsin Specific Practice Test (Late January)  Test Operations Management System (TOMS) Operations User Guide (Jan-Feb)  Accessibility and Accommodations Module (Jan-Feb)  Calendar of high level training and milestone dates (Nov)

11  Virtual webinars will be available during the week of November 3-7 (An invitation was sent to all DACs.)  These trainings are geared towards the DAC and one additional staff in the district who will be primarily responsible for Tech- Readiness for the online administration of the Badger 3-8 Exam.  A Recorded webinar will also be available for other district and school staff.

12  This guide will provide information on uploading Student demographics, accommodations and supports on to the delivery system.  Supports and Accommodations will need to be loaded for all students prior to the start of testing.  A template and data file layout will be provided for districts or school to upload the designated supports and accommodations needed for each student.  A virtual training on Test Operations will be held on loading A&A data  An interface will also be available for users to assign/designate accommodations on the fly without having to upload a template  Test Operations system user guide will be made available that will provide step by step instructions for loading A&A data into the system
