5. Enhancing Quality PTR at the primary level is 47:1. Year wise data of the teachers at the primary and upper primary level sanctioned and recruited at state under SSA does not match with SSA record. State has yet to provide year wise records of sanctioned, recruited and vacant post of the teachers at state level w.e.f 2002-03 to 2013
