Commission on Log-in hours Log-in hours commission is applicable for 8 hrs daily log-in per agent for 6 days a week. Log-in hrs commission is subject to daily sales target Log-in hrs commission doesn’t add any sales commission No extra pay out for over time Login hrs commission is fixed for INR per station Penalty is liable in case, center doesn’t meet 70% of the sales target
Commission on Log-in hours Center who choose to begin on the basis of log-in hrs will be paid only for sales for the first 45 days which is paid every week. Once the probation period of 45 days is completed, center will go through probation review in the presence of Manas Ifinet’s appointed staff and Process Head/ Director/ Center Head at the vendors center. (Review will be called by Manas Ifinet. Center will have to bear the cost for Manas’es said appointed staff, no reimbursement! boarding/lodging must be booked in advance)
Commission on Log-in hours Once through with the performance review center’s account is automatically migrated to login hrs billing cycle which is 40days. After 40 days of period center will have to raise the invoice. Center’s raised invoice is cleared within 7 business days. Payments will only be transferred to center’s current account. Center has to maintain 5 minutes of ACD, 15 seconds of Aux, 1 hour of break, 90% of attendance & 5% of abandoned ratio.
Commission on Sales Center has to maintain minimum 7 hrs of log- in per agent for 6 days Center will be paid the complete sales commission every week Center has to make sure; less no. of cancellation or return occurs. Center will panelized if return or cancellation hits by 5% per billing cycle (weekly) No extra pay out for overtime. Center has to ensure of meeting 60% of the daily target.
Commission on Sales Center will get 50% bonus commission if sale target is hit & beaten for 101% per billing cycle (weekly) Center will have to raise the invoice every Saturday evening which is paid every Wednesday. No penalty if center couldn’t meet the target however, can be issued with a notice if non- performance continues for 3 weeks. No extra pay out for overtime. Center has to ensure of meeting 60% of the daily target.
Commission on Sales & Log-in Hours Center has the privilege to make changes to the call script according to their choice however, has to maintain the actual product/package cost, T&C, Policies, Return Policy. Center has to maintain the quality parameter at 90%. Center will be penalized if no. of complaints exceeds. If the no. of complaints exceeds to 5% center will be issued with a notice
The Potential 2011 Jeff Reckon Report regards to Indian E- commerce Industry says, would increase by $30 billion by Manas Ifinet’s provides the vendor, flexibility & complete freedom to choose to work the way they want Center will be rewarded with up-to 50% bonus of the total commission earned in the current sales period. If target exceeds 100% of the daily target & reaches up-to 101%. (only for commission against sales)
Vendor Expenses Boarding and lodging for 1 person for the sign up & NDA Boarding and lodging for 1 person for the training Sign up fee 55,000 (is a security deposit returned after the period of 90 days.)
