7 H O W P R O J E C T S H A V E B E E N S E L E C T E D Energy savings and speed of delivery  Projects with designs that are complete or in process, with a focus on energy  Projects that can be developed and awarded quickly, getting people back to work  Projects that can be completed before 2015
