PROBATION & GUARANTEE We are responsible for the performance & productivity of the candidates recruited by us for a period of three months. We will replace, at no additional cost to the employer, if any employee who may be found to be not qualified to work as per the job description attached to his contractual position during the 90 day’s probation period. Also we will replace the candidate if he is found medically unfit during the probation period.
COST & PROFESSIONAL FEES We take a nominal RECRUITMENT FEES for the services rendered and other responsibilities like releasing advertisements, screening of applications, selection, trade testing, documentation, visa processing, immigration document deposit & clearance, and mobilization process. This varies to country to country recruitments. This charge will vary according to the category of workers recruited, number of workers recruited, period for the workers and place where they are recruited.
