Predicate Pronouns A Predicate Pronoun is a pronoun that is the same as the subject after a linking verb. The man in the photo is he. 3. Predicate Adjectives (Adjective Complements) A Predicate Adjective is an adjective that describes the subject after a linking verb. The thief was tall.
