Make it relevant to the Lominger model adopted by Xerox. Networking opportunities with Xerox management team I would like to hear about what other members are doing within Xerox. The would describe their context; their responsibilities; their problems & successes. What is going on in Xerox in a more detailed level Ideas for recreational activities in the US work with other people

5. Question 4 What other activities would you like to see ACT engages in 2009? Responses Events I enjoyed last year the opportunity of visiting some local Xerox machine customers so we could learn first hand how customer is using our machine and what they value. More such opportunities would be appreciated if possible. Mini-Tour of other divisions? Such as Toner Plant, PCDU, or others. The recent a few ACT conferences have been good. I hope it will only become better. It is so critical to pick the right presenters for the conference. Please make sure the speakers are well recommended. The event with Don Liu was very good too. Roundtables with senior leaders as and when they visit respective sites: Anne Mulcahy, Ursula Burns, Jim Firestone, Don Liu, Wim Appelo, etc. Networking and leadership related events - weekends/evenings. Community Outreach Community outreach activities Community involvement such as: Xerox Science Consulting Program, Habitat for Humanity, Volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House. I would like to see some type of community project that ACT gets involved in. Community XCIP programs Support a community project Activities Some family mingling events. Weekend hiking trips; organized tours to surrounding areas; recreational sports teams (like volleyball, badminton etc) at XRA or otherwise; informal events etc outdoor activity, picnic during summer Successful stories/cases sharing. New products/development information. Lunch and learn Just to see all your activities, who knows I am interest. As other ideas come up throughout the year, we should initiate, support and implement. Not sure but know that for the organization to remain viable we need to do something different

Habitat for Humanity, Ronald McDonald House Unfortunately from the sales side, we have lost resources and are being pushed to do more with less. It is difficult to be involved in outside activities due to the pressures of selling. I would like to become more involved, however, I'm an OSS and my territory is 3 counties-SanDiego, Orange County and LA, parts of San Bernardino/Riverside Counties too, and I have 2 young children so it's tough.
