2 We have a shared purpose to mobilise and energise people involved in health and community care in Australia to create better outcomes for individuals; communities and the Australian health and community care system as a whole. Shared Purpose
4 We do not have a silver bullet solution to these problems but we do know that a shared sense of ownership and responsibility to each other and to the health and social care system will bring about positive change.

6 I pledge to speak out against racism. #hellomynameis I pledge to always introduce myself by name before I deliver care to a patient, every time. We’re pledging to work with our community to create a safer place for us all to live. I pledge to keep working to improve the health and wellbeing of people in rural and remote Australia I’m pledging no more buck passing! We have pledged to do one thing every day to embed a culture of person centred design. WHAT WILL PEOPLE PEOPLE PLEDGE IN 2015?
