For details of different types click 4) Choose the number of sites of employment you wish to register (at an annual cost of £28 plus a small handling charge per site)

7 Complete your information Once you have registered on Sedex you can start to complete the information for your customer to view Add and edit your company and site information here Add customers and share your information here

8 Set-up user access Site 1Site 2 Site 2 user access Company Company Administrator Company users can access and edit data for all the company’s sites and add customers and users Supplier Registers Company Supplier completes SAQ Supplier Adds Direct and Indirect Customers Supplier Creates Sites of Employment Supplier Pays and Receives Password Supplier gives access to their data Supplier sets up user access Site 1 & 2 user access Site users can only access and edit data for their assigned site(s). Company user adds site users after registering sites

9 Set-up user access There is no limit to the number of users that can be added on Sedex It is important to grant the correct level of user access A site level user can be given access to several sites If you wish an SAQ to be answered by a site user, remember to add them to the account and instruct them on how to complete the SAQ. 15 Add your customers * Direct Customer: Customer that you supply directly and who pays you for your goods Indirect Customer: is supplied with your goods by your direct customer. Not all companies have an indirect customer. Select trading relationship type * 25. Select your customer from list As soon as your customer validates your request, your company will be visible to them.

Tick the boxes to link your site to your customers 26. Give your customers access to your data

Tick the boxes to share your information with your customer You have now granted your customer access to your site information.
