UNIVERSITA’ DEGLI STUDI DI PAVIA Administrative matters are managed by Ufficio Mobilità Studentesca, which is responsible for Erasmus Application Form Students are expected to post to Ufficio Mobilità Studentesca all the necessary papers to apply as an Erasmus student Learning agreement and proposed academic activities are approved by the Faculty Coordinators Learning agreements and proposed academic activities are transmitted to Faculty Coordinators by Ufficio Mobilità Studentesca

UNIVERSITA’ DEGLI STUDI DI PAVIA Activities for Erasmus Incoming Students  Italian Language Courses of 50 hours organized by Centro Linguistico, the Language Laboratory of the University 4 sections with different levels I SESSION: 7 September - 25 September 2009 beginner, elementary, intermediate II SESSION: 5 October 2009 - 22 January 2010 elementary, intermediate III SESSION: 25 January - 12 February 2010 ( beginner, elementary, intermediate ) IV SESSION: 1 March - 11 June 2010 ( elementary, intermediate, upper-intermediate ) A certificate of attendance is issued only to those students who have attended at least 40 hours of the course

UNIVERSITA’ DEGLI STUDI DI PAVIA Students are required to pay a fee for the Italian Language Course: The course fee amounts to € 25 for Erasmus students attending university in one of the following new Member States of the European Union: Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Malta The course fee amounts to € 80 for other Erasmus students and exchange scholarship students All the other students, who come to Pavia under no agreement, are required to pay a fee of € 250.
