The two principal ways individuals can help reduce emissions are by: reducing the amount of energy used in the home (energy efficiency) reducing the stress your driving habits put on the environment.
Technologies that are related to reducing are: e.g. energy-efficient appliances, hybrid cars, solar, hydro, wind and geothermal power plants.
