Trend Setter Award: SugarCRM ships with an innovative forecasting engine that allows sales agents to predict the most effective strategy for meeting quotas by trying various “what if” scenarios. 1. Lack of social creates a “ripple” effect hurting vendors’ commodity features. In 2013, Info-Tech expects vendors to incorporate social capabilities into their commodity sales, marketing, and service management features.
