11 Introduction: has expanded education reform innovative technology Section 65encourage the students knowledge and skills Section 66 use technology to education - The information age. ICT and knowledge has expanded. - The importance of education reform. - Teaching using innovative technology and educational media and learning activities - The National Education Act 1999, Section 65: to encourage the students to use technology : Acquired knowledge and skills and also with the pursuit of knowledge. Section 66: to encourage students to develop : to use technology to education.

"People University“ problems of education in higher education - learning Conditions and problems of education in higher education.

13 Research Objectives compare the learning achievement 1.To compare the learning achievement by using Google drive&weblog lesson and the traditional method learning on the Information technology for life subject. study the satisfaction of students 2.To study the satisfaction of students after studying the Google drives&weblog lesson. study the students’ opinions 3) To study the students’ opinions through the systems thinking on Google drive& weblog lesson.

Population: Include undergraduate student who were enrollment of information technology for life in second semester of academic year 2013 at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. 30 students department of law, 30 students of interdisciplinary for local development programs and general science 60 people, including 120 students..

15 3.2) The samples: control group - 30 students (IDLD), enrollment of ICT for life subject in second semester of academic year 2013 were classified as the control group learn by traditional method. experimental group - The experimental group were program law of 30 students taught by Google drives &weblogs. tryouteffectiveness index - The third group 30 students of general science program selected by purposive sampling used for tryout of effectiveness index process.

16 3.3) Variables: 1) The independent variables 1) The Google drives and weblogs lesson 2) The traditional method learning. 2) The dependent variables 1) Learning achievement 2)The satisfaction in learning. 3)The opinion on systems thinking. 3) Duration for data collection within 1 semester.

The development state: 1.) Generated contents on the topic of the presentation 8 folders. 2.) Each folder of 1-8 generated content (Spreadsheet) 8 folders. 3.) Learning as a motion picture or video to add (Upload) on Google plus on the URL. youtube.com such as a group of ICT for life. 4.) Creating a quiz at the end of a lesson to all 8 chapters and each chapter 10 items and create a pretest and posttest total of 50 items. 22

3 experts to verify 5.) The 3 experts to verify on the contents of Google drive. effectiveness index test (Try out) 6.) The effectiveness index test (Try out) 3 steps and results of E1/E / experts to verify again 7.)The 3 experts to verify again prior to treat 16 hrs. treatment and then make treatment to experiments group(law students) and control group (interdisciplinary of local development students) 23 The Implementation state:

learning achievement pretest and posttest. 1.) Evaluation of the learning achievement pretest and posttest. satisfaction of the students 2.) Evaluation of the satisfaction of the students on the Google drive&weblog lesson. students’ opinion test 3.) Evaluation of students’ opinion test on the systems thinking of the lesson. 24 The Evaluation state:

25 Assessment itemsMS.D.Result 1.Contents and management Highest 2.Image, Language, Sound High 3. Contents and management on alphabet and color High 4.Learning achievement test Highest 5. Learning management Highest 6. Manual for using learning lesson High Total mean Highest Detailed for contents quality E.I.try out

Lesson design quality E.I.test 26 Assessment itemsMS.D.Result 1.Part 1: Content Excellent 2.Introduction Excellent 3.Contents part Good 4.Summary part Excellent 5.Part 2: Graphic and design Excellent 6.Part 3: Technical Good Total mean Excellent

The learning achievement pretest for the experimental and the control group 27 Group testMS.Dtp Control Group Experimental Group the p-value greater than 0.05 no difference Table 3 the mean scores of pretest the control group the mean score at (SD. 6.22) the experimental group. Mean score at (SD.5.59) t.value equal to 0.28 for p. value equal to 0.78, which is the p-value greater than 0.05 indicates that the assumptions it. Thats’ mean scores pretest of the control group and the experimental group no difference.

28 The comparison of learning achievement posttest scores Group testMS.Dtp Control Group ** Experimental Group47.50o.98 the p-value lesser than 0.05 it is hypothesized that the mean posttest scores on after learning between the control group and the experimental group difference were significant at the 0.05 level. Table 4 the mean scores of posttest the control group the mean score at (SD. 3.89) the experimental group. Mean score at (SD.0.98) t.value at 6.64 and p. value equal to 0.00, which is the p-value lesser than 0.05 it is hypothesized that the mean posttest scores on after learning between the control group and the experimental group difference were significant at the 0.05 level.

The satisfaction of 1st year law student on Google drive lesson. (15 items) 29 Assessment itemsMS.D.Result 1.Content, easy to understand high 2.The learner enjoy on the lesson highest 3. 31 Summary and discussion 31 posttest higher than pretest significant at the 0.05 level 6.1) Learning achievement of learner on Google drives&weblog, posttest higher than pretest statistically significant at the 0.05 level consistent with the research of the Kanchana phaukkhongsri et al (2012) Nathapon Buaurai (2010). Yupavilai Watheepetch (2010) Srisakun Srisarakham (2011).

at the highest level Satisfaction 1st year of law student program, the total mean was at the highest level(M=4.58) (SD=0.57) that based on the assumptions. the students were satisfied Due to learning tools for the modern. Sub-items were found to be satisfactory at 4.37 to 4.68, indicating that the students were satisfied with lessons to learn on the Google drive&weblogs. Due to learning tools for the modern. 32 Summary and discussion

33 total mean was at the highest level (M= 6.3) The opinion of 1st year students in the field of law towards a systems thinking learning on the Google drive&weblogs, a total mean was at the highest level (M= 4.50, SD=0.38). Summary and discussion

Suggestions on the Ed.Tech& Comm field ) There were also various other forms of technology. Application of optimal design can be used in teaching social media, or lessons on a network drive, such as lessons on others of Google apps. 34

35 Suggestions for teaching: The teachers must have the more time to construct the interactive lesson encourage learners to curiosity and search for self-knowledge )The social media or lessons on the network such as Google drive&weblog tutorials on this blog. To create a portfolio of learners, the self-knowledge through materials, technology for creating conditions of learning. The teachers must have the more time to construct the interactive lesson over computer network on the web and encourage learners to curiosity and search for self-knowledge.

36 Suggestions for teaching: Teachers should be prepared the students process should be flexible with the timing ) Teaching on social media. or lessons on a network drive, such as lessons on Google&weblogs. Teachers should be prepared and the students are ready. And learning process should be flexible with the timing. To construct knowledge, self-potential.

37 Suggestions for teaching: lessons on others of Google apps other subjects adjust the thought process of the students to construct knowledge ) Navigating the class should be on social media or lessons on a network drive, such as lessons on others of Google apps to apply to the other subjects. That depends on the nature of the material itself. To adjust the thought process of the students to construct knowledge for themselves.

intelligence of the students 6.5.1) The Development on Google drive, should take care for the different level of intelligence of the students. the people learn or I do not understand 6.5.2) Should drive through development on Google&weblogs courses that have the people learn or I do not understand from studying normal. Students will learn to supplement lesson online through social media. 38 Suggestions for the next thesis:

39 wants the students to practice their skills 6.5.3) Lessons on Google drives&weblogs, should be used in a course where the instructor wants the students to practice their skills. Prior to the actual practice. And subjects at risk of harm in the practice.***************** Suggestions for the next thesis:
