1 How to use Phone Conferencing at NPS Up to 3 participants or 4 to 24 participants

2 Up to 3 participants You can easily host a small conference for up to 3 participants using only your telephone

5 More than 3 participants To host larger conferences (up to 24 participants) you will need to use our Sonexis Conference Manager bridge To host larger conferences (up to 24 participants) you will need to use our Sonexis Conference Manager bridge You’ll want to schedule your conferences in advance to insure there are sufficient conference ports available at the time. 6 What do I need to do? 7 Sonexis Button in Outlook No button? Call the TAC ext 1046

8 First time use – you’ll need to provide the Conference ID assigned by the TCO In Outlook select In Outlook select –Tools / Options –Sonexis tab Provide your Provide your –Conference ID –PIN Server URL is Server URL is –http://blueridge.nps.edu

9 To schedule a conference click the Sonexis button

10 Same form as typical Outllook meeting, with the addition of a Conference Details tab

11 Provide your conference details

12 Inviting attendees the same as you would for a typical Outlook meeting

13 Attendees are sent a meeting request with details ( to non-Outlook users)

14 Deleting or changing a meeting in Outlook also cancels your conference call reservation

15 Attendees are sent cancellation or change information
