The example to the right shows a long jumper: he gathers speed via the user‘s rhythmic movements before he gets airborne by the user who has to choose the correct jump angle. Any desired number of disciplines can be programmed. Based on a daily ranking, users compete with each other. Friends and colleagues can be challenged via a tell-a-friend function. At the beginning, users meet in a lobby. Here they can make appointments for quiz shows. 10 questions will be posed afterwards, and points will be awarded for each correct answer, including a time bonus. Topics might be: famous athletes, world records, historical stuff, rules, regulations or oddities. Depending on the success of the athletes he has selected, he‘ll receive points. Optionally, the user can line up his athletes anew on a daily basis. Several restrictions are possible concerning the athlete selection, e. g. that only three athletes per nation can be selected. Directly after registration, the user will receive his first 20 athletes. Every day he‘ll get 1 to 3 new athletes. In a simple game, he can compete with other users, comparing a selection of his athletes with the ones the other player possesses. The winner will get an additional athlete. Moreover, players can trade their athletes with other players. Main target is to get into possession of all athletes from a genre. He determines training measures, takes care of sponsors and competitions, schedules his athlete‘s nourishment and much more. Virtual competitions in every discipline will be carried out on a regular basis. A ranking list featuring the best trainers completes the game. The company is focused on conception and development of all kinds of online games, located in Bochum (NRW).
