Business Office Account Management for fellowships should be the same as any other account. Since majority of Fellowship awards are incrementally funded, please review the accounts as you prepare the Form 90s for the current year for unallowable charges. Tuition and fees budgeted are not to be spent by the fellow or PI. Any remaining balance either goes to the Graduate Tuition Scholarship budget, according to the COPA hierarchy, or is returned to the sponsor. Tuition and fees are charged according to Part C of the Form 90 by the Bursar’s Office after their 6 week audit, as follows: Fall in November, spring in April, and summer in September.
