Gijs Boudewijn, Dutch Bankers Association "Gijs Boudewijn (52) is responsible for payments at the Dutch Banking Association and has been working in the payment industry for more than two decades. Currently he is a member of the European Payments Council and sits on the Payment Systems Committee of the European Banking Federation. Gijs has acquire in depth knowlegde of domestic and international payments and payment instruments." 3

Ron Delnevo, Bank Machine Ron Delnevo is Managing Director (UK & Europe) of Bank Machine, the company that installed the first independent ATM in the UK in 1998. Bank Machine is owned by Cardtronics Inc, a Nasdaq-quoted US corporation and the Worlds largest Independent ATM Operator. A graduate of Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Ron had senior roles in several organisations -including the British Airports Authority and Tie Rack PLC - before joining Bank Machine in January 1999. In June 2000 he was appointed Managing Director. Since then this highly successful and innovative organisation has never looked back. In addition to operating ATMs for many of the UKs most successful retailers and leisure venues, Ron has lead Bank Machine to develop Free-To-Use ATM services in military bases, hospitals, universities and colleges, many of which locations had never before had cash machines. Ron is Chair of the European Board of the ATMIA, a Director of the UK Payments Council and a member of both the Governance and Consumer Committees of LINK. 5
Cash is great for people who have it: there are too many have nots. Cash is used for over 90% of all transactions in the World: how can it be bad, except for card schemes? Cash= Freedom; Cards = enslavement. 6
Colin Holder, Identity Intelligence Ltd Colin retired from the Metropolitan Police as a Detective Sergeant after a 30 year career during which time he served on the Flying Squad and Fraud Squad as well as several other specialised postings. For much of the last ten years of his service with the Police, Colin was seconded to the Serious Fraud Office, where he participated in several specialised investigations involving international arms and oil shipping frauds. He is considered to be one of the worlds leading experts on Advance Fee fraud and Identity Theft fraud and is a published author on the subjects. In 2001 he created and wrote the Metropolitan Police Fraud Alert web-site www.met.police.uk/fraudalert. During his service, Colin conducted multi million pound fraud and money laundering investigations in over 25 countries, and was the recipient of numerous Police commendations for his work. Post retirement he created www.c6-intelligence.com the premier KYC and Money Laundering compliance database used by the many of the worlds leading Financial Institutions. Currently Colin has two major projects in hand. He has built a database of in excess of 250,000,000 individuals whos personal information has been bought, sold or hacked by criminals on the internet. This dataset will shortly be available to search by members of the public to see if their personal data has been compromised. In addition he has built a database of bank accounts used worldwide by criminals to launder money they have fraudulently obtained.
