2 Fiscal Year 2011 Disaster Thresholds released by FEMA The Countywide Per Capita Impact Indicator:$3.27 The Statewide Per Capita Impact Indicator:$1.30 State Threshold (Pop. X Per Capita):$20,777,091.40 (15,982,378 x $1.30) The threshold for Small Project grants:$62,900 The IHP Maximum grant FY 2010:$30,200 The Per Capita indicators are used by FEMA to evaluate whether the impact of an incident is severe enough to warrant a presidential declaration. A county by county chart of the Per Capita Impacts is available from the FloridaDisaster.org website at http://www.floridadisaster.org/Recovery/PublicAssistance/docume nts/State%20&%20County%20thresholds.pdf.
