X Per Capita):$20,777, (15,982,378 x $1.30) The threshold for Small Project grants:$62,900 The IHP Maximum grant FY 2010:$30,200 The Per Capita indicators are used by FEMA to evaluate whether the impact of an incident is severe enough to warrant a presidential declaration. A county by county chart of the Per Capita Impacts is available from the FloridaDisaster.org website at nts/State%20&%20County%20thresholds.pdf.
