5 Passiefhuis-Platform vzw De REFLEX voor energiebewust bouwen Commissioning CHECKLIST: REQUEST PASSIVEHOUSE CERTIFICATE DESCRIPTION AVAILABLE Softcopy (=excel-file) of the PHPP-calculation (version 2003 or higher) Sheet 'Results' of the PHPP-calculation signed by PHPP-calculator Project layouts with orientation of the building buildings close to the building site (implantation and profilel) (only when sheet 'shadow' is filled in) important trees and other obstructions (only when sheet 'shadow' is filled in) possible field-profiles for shading by obstruction of the horizon (only when sheet 'shadow' is filled in) floorplan of every floor All façade-sides Minimum 2 cuts where every different height level is visible. In addition a clear representation of all different used wall-, floor- and roofcomposition. All drawings need to carry clear dimensions necessarry for a fast software-input
