2 Sitting in the same position for a long time is tiring because you keep using the same muscles Also your blood circulation will be disrupted in this way

3 In this exercise package all muscles of your body are activated, even your eye muscles In this way you avoid problems of the neck, the back, the eyes etc.

4 Double click one of these titles to start the exercise. How to use ? When starting up your computer a time clock is simultaneously started. After the selected time interval of 1, 1 ½ or 2 hours a window will appear on your screen with the titles of 30 exercises.

5 This programme has been realised in cooperation with an osteopath, a physiotherapist and a sports doctor. At first you’d better practise the thirty exercises in the suggested order. After- wards you can perform them at random.
