Goals for the group Focus on the individual, with coorporation through all units. Expand/renovate the existing facilities, to meet coming membership development. Found a nature workshop, in suitable facilities, where we can play and experience. Found and develop the allready good and positive relationship with the parents. Continue to work on strengthen, the coorperation and network between ALL scouts in the area.

Why do they do it ? How can it be, there’s a lot of adults who wants to spend time together and use a lot of time?? Leader Agreements Adult Leader contract (18 and up) ◦ All leaders shall attend training each year ◦ It’s allowed to say NO ◦ Leaders IS rolemodels Young Leaders (14-18) ◦ Young scouts are allowed to the board meetings ◦ Young scouts are allowed to be leaders ◦ It’s important the are scouts and then leaders (if time) Overall ◦ All leaders have a development plan ◦ All activities must be sorted into Need or Nice ◦ Celebrate when goals are reached ◦ Remember to say thanks 1.1 Adult Membership
