2 REUNION ISLAND PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMME MOTIVATION FOR A PERMANENT AGENT ON REUNION ISLAND November 2005  KZN and Durban, special guests of the Foire Internationale des Mascareignes – City of Le Port (Durban’s Sister City) November 2007  TRADE POINT assists SMME’s to promote their products at the 8th Foire Internationale des Mascareignes The services of a permanent Promotional Agent became very apparent.

3 SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BUSINESS PLAN 2008  Visit local arts & craft shops and curio shops and show samples & brochures of stock to be traded  Relevant stock prices to be on hand by the Promotional Agent  Supply various flea-market traders with the necessary stock to establish themselves, and then keep on supplying them after they have taken-off  Organise and attend the relevant trade shows  Have sufficient stock in order to supply these shows  Keep an inventory list and monitor stocks levels at the warehouse  Record all stock movements and keep detailed records of all incoming payments  Transfer all funds back to the SMMEs/Emerging Entrepreneurs in terms of all stock sold in Reunion Island, measurable on a monthly basis REUNION ISLAND PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMME
