1- In Argentina what kind of products are advertised in English? Mainly technology: Internet, Telephones, laptops, tv, etc. Others Foods Clothes
2 -Do any signs use a mixture of languages? Yes, Spanglish is the example. Vueling.com (Spanish airline which use a mixture of Spanish and English as a marketing strategy)
3- What reason can you think of for English on signs in any country? The globalization: Internet, the tv. And the use of English as the most common language around the world
4- Has the use of english on signs in different countries changed language Yes, many words were incorporated to our daily vocabulary
5- Is the English language displacing other languages in your community No, but it is useful to find a job, to travel, so many people decide to study English as a second language.
6- Is the use of English on signs something you should be angry about? Or is it something you welcome? It should not be used in general information signs (e.g.: road signs)
