Municipal administration and public service Citizen livelihood Industrial development and innovation Environmental and ecological sustainability A smart city is mainly based on the information and communication technologies. Through the transparent and full access to information, the extensive and secure transmission of information, and the efficient and scientific utilization of information, it increases the urban operational and administrative efficiency, improves the urban public service level, forms the low-carbon urban ecological circle, and constructs a new formation of urban development.
