7 EXERCISE ONE – Group Discussion As a group, do the following: –Make a list of features of the culture of your workplace –Do the same for some nearby companies and firms –Discuss stereotypes of workers from other companies –Go back to list of features of your workplace culture – determine how many of them apply to you

8 EXERCISE TWO – Shadowing –Shadow a business mentor for a week –Includes involvement in all company activities –Attend a meeting – take notes and ask questions at end. –Ask why the mentor made various decisions and what their thought process was while evaluating items for consideration
