4 Track Unit Expectations & Specifics Class will be split into groups of 5-6; mixed, girls and boys with similar athletic abilities Each person will run the 6 disciplines Heart Rate monitors will be worn and at the end of each event the students need to record their time for the event and their HR score

5 Grading policies and assessments Formative Assessment Each student will be graded on their:  Daily Participation  Recording Summative Assessment  Compiling of results and information/ graphing and comparing using computers  Group Results
