7 What Must We Do Now in 2006-2007 ? 1. New teachers training for 3 rd and 4 th grade (August 23, 24, 25 – Miles ES)  43 teachers new to 3 rd grade @ year round schools [25]  18 teachers new to 4 th grade @ year round schools  x new to 3 rd & 4 th @ traditional—TBD  Logistics: School sites (3 rd and 4 th grades)  Three Day Training for Grade Level Teachers
