3 Year 7 increased – Check ins, mood boards, affective statements and questions Year 8 declined – target groups identified, restorative sanctions Year 9 increased – RP awareness raised, affective statements and questions Year 10 increased – Trained peer mentors, restorative sanctions Year 11 remained – Alternative provision, PAWB strategies

4 Whole School Attendance Percentages Target - 90%

5 Years 9 and 10 had the highest amount of pupil's not achieving the 90% attendance target Target groups identified and strategies implemented to increase attendance and reduce absenteeism

6 Whole School Attendance Percentages Target – 91.1%

7 Years 10 and 11 have the highest amount of pupils not achieving the 91.1% target High intake of new pupils in these year groups Target groups identified by Senior Leadership, PAWB, EWO and So To Do teams Restorative approaches implemented Alternative curriculum providers increased More pupils receiving outside agency support such as EliS, Guiding Hands etc
