What the delegates thought..... ‘ I particularly enjoyed the orchestral team - building session - quite an experience to sit in the middle of violins and violas and bang a drum. Not sure what this says about my leadership style!!! On a serious note (no pun intended) I thought this session gave great insights and reminders of the range of skills needed to lead, build and be an affective member of a team.’ Wendy Ingham FCIPD Regional HR Manager ‘... such a great weekend. Very tiring but worth it. Thanks once again - and please pass on my thanks to the rest of the NAP committee for putting on such a fantastic conference.’ Kelly Hodkinson ‘The conference provided a very accessible and affordable development opportunity.’... my positive experience at this event will encourage me to make the attempt to attend more branch events’
Hull Philharmonic Orchestra ‘I watched the delegate reactions as the orchestra moved from variation VIII straight into Nimrod.....there were a few open mouths and watery eyes.’
