November/December –Identification of operational risks as part of business planning process by Directors & Operational Managers. January/March –Carry out risk assessments on strategic & operational risks. –Strategic & operational risks considered by Audit Committee.

9 Key Stages & Timescales Our Vision : To be Provider of Choice Annually & Bi-annually –Review of Risk Matrices by Board. Quarterly –Monitoring of Risk Matrices by Audit Committee. Bi-monthly –Monitoring of Risk Matrices by Risk Champions Group.

10 Clearview – Overview Our Vision : To be Provider of Choice Links all strategic risks to project to manager risks that may undermine achievement of corporate objectives. Provides a database for strategic & operational risks. Provides methodology & analysis of risk assessments. Allocates risk & risk controls by Risk Manager. Generates Risk Matrices (registers). Supports monitoring & management of risks.
