How should we respond to terrorism? Throughout the twentieth and early twenty-first centuries there have been many examples of terrorist attacks in which people have been killed and property has been destroyed. Terrorists and terrorism are not easy to deal with because they can strike anywhere, any time, with or without warning to their targets. Making a place safe means that those in charge of security have to: think about every possible threat devise methods of dealing with all types of threat
How should we respond to terrorism? The question of how to respond to terrorist attacks has troubled many governments around the world for many years. Governments have often reacted to terrorism in different ways. Who do you think attacks of terrorism affect the most?
