2 Alliance Against IP Theft Providing a single voice for those who share an interest in preventing intellectual property theft in the UK  Funds are urgently needed to alert local authorities to the damage and harm caused by IP theft  Funds are urgently needed to alert local authorities to the damage and harm caused by IP theft  High street shops are closing  Trading standards budgets are being cut  The Proceeds of Crime Act is not being used enough to strip criminals of their assets and raise vital funds for enforcement  Money raised from the Quiz Night will go directly into campaigns to encourage councillors & officials to prioritise trading standards’ work in this area

3 Alliance Quiz Night - A Premier Event  Our inaugural Quiz & Auction night is being held at the prestigious Emirates Stadium, home to London’s Arsenal Football Club  Located in the Dial Square Main Suite with panoramic views over the south side of the pitch  300+ guests will be attending from a wide spectrum of industries embracing film & video, TV, music, games and business software, branded goods manufacturers, publishers, retailers and designers

4 Evening Schedule  Guests arrive at 7pm to a pre-dinner drinks reception at Emirates Stadium located in the exclusive Dial Square Suite  At 8pm dinner is served & guests are seated at their team’s tables  Our compere will start the Alliance Quiz followed by an auction of memorabilia  Teams range from 6-12 players  Cost to enter a team of 6: £570 plus VAT  Additional team player tickets are £95 plus VAT

5 Event Main Sponsor £7,500  Be synonymous with this new annual event by the Alliance Against IP Theft  As the event sponsor your name will be partnered with all communications to the press, industry, Alliance membership and over 5,000 specific contacts  A bespoke POS package can be tailored to your company’s needs & will be displayed around the Emirates Suite  Your logo will be on the LED advertising boards around the pitch  The main screen will bear your logo whenever the quiz or auction items are inactive  Each table card will have your logo & on the reverse the individual team name  The new annual trophy will bear your company’s name in partnership with the Alliance  Trophy presentation to overall winner by a member of your company

6 Pre-Dinner Drinks Sponsorship £2,500  All guests will assemble in the bar for one hour prior to the quiz where drinks will be served – an excellent networking opportunity  Bar area will be dressed with your company’s logo and promotional materials  Bar tables will have bespoke table cards with your company’s logo

7 Auction Sponsorship £2,500  The celebrity compere whenever mentioning the auction will state as sponsored by “you”  Each guest will have an auction paddle which will carry your logo  Your company’s logo will appear on the main screen throughout the auction & will also be in all auction winners’ photos for use in the press

8 Quiz Sponsorship £750 per round  Each round of the quiz will be “owned” by its sponsor e.g. film, photos, sport, general knowledge or any of your choice e.g. film, photos, sport, general knowledge or any of your choice  The compere will announce the round is sponsored by your company   Your company’s logo will appear on screen with every question in the round  An answer sheet will bear your logo on each table

9 Table Drinks & Dressings Table wine sponsorship - £2,500  Your company’s logo will be advertised on each table  All wine bottles will be labeled showing your sponsorship Table flowers sponsorship - £500  Each table will have a centre piece of seasonal flowers holding a card showing your company’s sponsorship Audio-visual sponsorship - £500  Using either the Emirates preferred supplier or your own a/v equipment your companies logo will show your sponsorship on screen during the evening
