Demography A population depends on birth rate (br), death rate (dr), immigration rate (ir) and emigration rate (er). change in = br – dr + ir - er population size
Population Pyramids for Developed and Developing Countries
Population Control Population will increase until a new carrying capacity is reached. At this point one or more factors essential for life (e.g. food, clean water, clean air) will become limiting and exert a regulatory effect by increasing death rate.
