1 st UPC WBL Conference: Exploring the Diverse Nature of Work-based Learning Foundation Degrees WBL is part of the FD benchmark Embedded in programmes in terms of learning outcomes, curriculum and assessment Offered in a range of formats including simulation Including generic skills for employability plus subject and industrial context specific learning opportunities Recent changes in the credit framework for FDs, changing from 280 to 260/240 credits has led to the introduction of a UPC wide professional practice module
