25  DCSF changed the name from Funded Hours to Hours at Setting to improve clarity  Hours at setting for 2 year olds is now available in addition to hours for 3 and 4 year olds  Location -Tools | Statutory Return Tools | Update Hours as Setting for 2 year olds - similarly for 3 and 4 year olds Statutory Return Tools 25 Hours at Setting

26  Late changes to validation and reports are catered for by the External File Deployment mechanism  Revised filesets will be made available on SupportNet  System Manager Permissions required  Downloaded filesets can be imported via Tools |Setups| Import Fileset  On first use of these files a message is now display “Files are being loaded” External Files 26 Deployment

31  QAN Expiry Date added to the browse of courses. The should help schools recognise where they have courses linked to QANs that have expired.  A free text notes entry box is now provided for each course. This can be helpful for indicating special considerations for School Census  Maintain Course membership panel now displays twice as many students without the need for scrolling  Can now indicate a PPoS (Planned Programme of Study) and DAS (Diploma Aggregation Service) Generic QAN as a Classification. This will enable schools to indicated the PPoS and DAS Generic QAN they need for Diplomas in Exams without changing the normal QANs that are need for Learning Aims.
