13 No management approval required to create new sites. 97% uptime objective. User interface is the standard “out of the box” SharePoint functionality. Various standard templates are available. Deleted sites can be restored by the help desk within 30 days. Fixed quota of 500MB. Documents unread for 6+ months are moved to the recycle bin, and a summary email is sent to the site administrator. Internal Team Collaboration
