4 4 4 The small print After the meeting the project signups will be opened, and you will be able to choose your preferred projects by using the signup tool at https://www2.ph.ed.ac.uk/signuptool/signup/U01425_6/project https://www2.ph.ed.ac.uk/signuptool/signup/U01430_6/project or https://www.ph.ed.ac.uk/signuptool https://www2.ph.ed.ac.uk/signuptool/signup/U01425_6/project https://www2.ph.ed.ac.uk/signuptool/signup/U01430_6/projecthttps://www.ph.ed.ac.uk/signuptool You can indicate projects which you would really like to do, projects which are OK but not your first choice, and projects which you want nothing to do with. First preference for places on Astrophysics projects will be given to Astrophysics students. The deadline for signing up will be 5 pm on Friday 27 th November – the allocations will then be made, giving as many people as possible one of their first choice projects. Anyone signing up between Friday night and Monday morning will be allocated to one of their preferred projects if space is still available, but this can't be guaranteed. Anyone not signed up by about 10 am on Monday 30 th November is liable to be allocated to a project of our choice If you will have real problems accessing the signup tool during this time, please let us know in advance.
