1 Starter for 10… In your books, list the characters we have met so far. 1.What are they like? Use 3 adjectives to describe each of them. 2.How do they show us what life was like during the Great Depression? 3.EXTENSION: If you were making a film of the book so far, who would you cast in each role. Why? Example: George: bossy, protective, short-tempered. Shows us that there were people helping each other or keeping them company during the GD.
