Act 89 Action Plan Description-To increase student achievement as measured by state standards and performance as directed by the student plan. To acquire knowledge regarding evidenced – based practices and current trends according to assignment areas. To apply research/scientifically based to assessment, instructions, and progress reporting to assignment areas. To offer a high standard of technical support to participating nonpublic schools to build local capacity.
