Exhibit C Jim Sundermeyer Utilities Regulation Engineer email@example.com
199 IAC 11.2(1)”c” “Exhibit C. Technical information and engineering specifications describing typical materials, equipment and assembly methods as specified on forms provided by the board.”
Electronic Form The new Exhibit C is an electronic form, with fields and pull-down boxes, designed to be filled in using a computer and not filled out on paper.
IMPORTANT! The way you divide up the Exhibit C’s may change. There should be 1 Exhibit C for each type of construction.
Example: Ten mile transmission line with two miles of three-phase underbuild.
Old Way Exhibit C1 for the 10 miles of transmission line. Exhibit C1.1 for the 2 miles underbuild.
New Way Exhibit C1 for the 8 miles of transmission line without underbuild. Exhibit C2 for the 2 miles of transmission line with underbuild.
Filing in EFS Exhibit C1 should be filed in EFS as a single document. Exhibit C2 should also be filed in EFS as a separate and single document. Do not combine multiple Exhibit C’s into a single document for filing. Attachments, such as structure drawings, may be filed separately.
Draft Petition Forms The draft petition forms are being provided for your comments. These forms are being proposed to replace the forms currently in use. This is an informal process and official filings are not required. Any comments that you may have should be emailed to Don Stursma (Don.Stursma@iub.state.ia.us), Manager Safety & Engineering, prior to March 12, 2010.
