These tools are designed to complement each other, and to align with the Information Infrastructure Sales Enablement materials. IBM Sellers should use these tools to engage in a meaningful dialog with clients and prospects on Information Infrastructure needs. The tools provide a structured and logical approach for the discussion and quickly identify client requirements and an associated set of practical next steps and relevant deliverables for progressing the sales situation. The Information Infrastructure (II) Assessment Tool: Use the Information Infrastructure Assessment tool first. It will identify opportunity areas in one or more of the CARS (Compliance, Availability, Retention, Security) areas. Gaps are identified on the Outcome page with a red 'X'.
