All the large fleets (trucks, P4, VLRA, VAB, etc.) are managed under multi-year contracts concluded with the armed forces support departments, thus allowing a long-term commitment by suppliers and hence reliable logistics. This new form of management, which has been in place for several years, makes it possible to avoid breaks in supply and therefore to maintain the technical and operational availability of the fleets at a good standard.We can cite the example of Fourchambault, a military site that we have been managing since 2007: the increase in the level of activity of this site, which has doubled the number of VABs repaired in just a few years, illustrates how competence sharing between the armed forces and industry has developed.In the support field, we can also mention the importance of the urgent operational requirements (UOR) of recent years, the most emblematic of which was doubtless the development of the VAB Ultima.
