2 On the basis of the available information connected with the flood threat I hereby ask and oblige the following officials and representatives of responsible departments and authorities to execute the following tasks and activities:

I order to appoint 2 employees at each shift. The staff of the Office of Critical Management and Defense Matters should be involved in emergency duties and, as the need arises, also members of the Permanent Duty of Płock Starost [Płock County Head], to strengthen the manning of the County Centre of Critical Management. 12 In order to assure the proper co-ordination of activities of the Płock Starost as well as all participating institutions and/or agencies I hereby oblige them to constant and systematical co-operation in the execution of particular undertakings, to reliable informing about the state of the situation development as well as about undertaken activities.
